I got tickets for a DRINK AND PAINT session but won’t be able to use them, ¿can I get my money back?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, however we may be able to transfer your tickets to an alternative date if possible if you let us know with time.

 

Can you give me an invoice?
Yes. Send us an email to hola@drinkandpaint.mx with your taxing information, the number of tickets you bought and the specific date for which you bought them and we’ll send you your invoice shortly.

 

Is there an age limit for participating on a DRINK AND PAINT session?
The majority of our events are for adults 18+ but if there is a kid who would like to come and paint with us we recommend that only children over 7 years old take our classes.

 

Is it necessary to know how to paint in order to participate in a DRINK AND PAINT session
No. No previous experience is needed to participate.

 

Do I have to take something with me to the session?
No, you don’t have to. We’ll provide you all the tools and art materials you need.

 

How many people are needed in order to make a private DRINK AND PAINT group session?
Minimum 6 people, máximum 45 people.

 

How many drinks are included in the price?
The activity includes only one alcoholic beverage. If you want to consume a second one, you must pay for it separately at the `rice the venue is selling it.

 

At the moment I cannot consume alcoholic beverages, is there a problem?
If you cannot consume alcoholic beverages, we can change your cup of wine or your beer for something else.

 

I am an artist and I would like to work with you.

I work for a restaurant or space and I would like it to be one of your DRINK AND PAINT venues.
We love the idea of collaborating with new spaces and restaurants! Please send us an email to hola@drinkandpaint.mx with your restaurant’s opening and closing h, some pictures of the space and your contact details and we will get in touch with you.

 

I don’t speak spanish fluently. Can the class be taught in english?
Yes. All our teachers and staff speak both english and spanish. Just make sure you let them know you’d like to have the instructions given in english before the class starts.

 

¿Do I have to book and pay for my tickets before the session? ¿Why can’t I just pay for them when I arrive?
All our DRINK AND PAINT sessions require a los of logistic and previous organization. Our staff members need to know in advance how many people will be participating in each session in order to make sure everyone gets a confortable spot on it and no one lacks their working materials and their drinks. Booking and paying for your tickets online helps us a lot with the event’s coordination.

Also, if you book and pay for your tickets in advance, you make sure no one else gets your spots because all our session have a limited capacity.

 

I don’t have a PayPal account. How else can I pay for mi tickets online?
If you don’t have a PayPal account and don’t want to open one, you can also pay for your tickets using the PayU or the Stripe options. PayU allows you to make payments with cash in any OXXO or Farmacia Benavides. It also gives you the option to pay with a SPEI bank transfer.  Stripe gives you the option to pay for your tickets online safely by writing down directly the data of any debit or credit card you have with you at the moment.

 

* Only the tickets that have been payed for in advanced are considered as a formal booking. Your place in one of our DRINK AND PAINT sessions is guaranteed only if you made it’s payment upfront.
